Alton D Jensen, 81, entered eternal life on January 29th, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in College Ward, Utah to Alvin and Anna Jensen. He is survived by his wife Della, and his children Kathy (Tyler) Blackner, Christie (Steve) Lineback, Vickie Dowler, Vicki (Rick) Fonnesbeck, Cindy Sorenson, Dee Jay (Camie) Jensen, 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and one sister Margene Willie. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Courtney and his Grandson Joey.
Alton served faithfully in the High Priest Group Leadership in the Logan Greenfield Ward & 1st counselor in the Williamsburg Branch Presidency.
He had a love of fishing and being outdoors, and a special love for dogs; especially his little dog Penny. He loved to be in the Temple, and could found be serving there every Tuesday with his sweetheart Della.
He worked many years at Wurlitzer and later at Thiokol where he worked as an expediter before he retired in 1993.
A viewing will be held Wednesday Feb. 3rd from 6:00–8:00 pm at Allen-Hall Mortuary (34 East Center Street Logan, UT) and Thursday, Feb 4th from 9:30-10:30 am with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am at the Logan Greenfield LDS Church house (280 W. 1200 N. Logan, UT).
