Ana M. Pauni

HYRUM, UTAH: In the South Pacific lies one of the most beautiful places on earth known as the friendly island of Tonga. In this small tropical island a loving Heavenly Father placed one of his precious daughters, Ana Manu (Siu Fehia Pauni) from his arms into the arms of her loving parents, the late Sisilia Fehoko and Sioeli Kisione Metui Latu, on April 19, 1935.

With joy and a grateful heart we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for blessing our lives with the love and care of our wonderful mother. She labored with her hands to meet our needs. She always been by our side to give encouragement, and cheer us through this journey of life, but most importantly she has taught us to love our Savior Jesus Christ, because he first loved us. He is the creator of this world and created us in his own image.

On September 20, 2007 the master called for her. We are so proud of her. She heard the voice of the good Shepherd, she recognized the voice, and she heeded his voice.

We are confident that the Father who placed our mother into the arms of her living earthly parents is again ready to receive her back into his care.

She is survived by her sisters, Seini Niko, Atelaite Noma Lufe, Lofia he Mana Puletau and Meliame Unga, her children, Mailefihi Wilson, Selelati (Lui Hengehenga) Nancy (Ardie Arvidson) Emeline (Aisea Maile) Sione F (Siu Pauni) Ulukauvalu (Vika Pauni) Ailini, Sioeli Metui (Kaufoou KaKala Pauni) , Haloti (Sinai KaKala Pauni), Leihua (Inoke Hemaloto), Kaufoou (Sitiveni TauKiuvea), Esita, Lopiseni (Roxanne Pauni), Emanita (Jose Corona) and also by many of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
