LOGAN, UTAH – On May 1st 2009, our dear husband, father, son, and brother, Andy Liljenquist left this world to soon.
He was born on February 24, 1967 in Logan, Utah.
He is survived by his wife and soul mate, Erin Miller Liljenquist; children, Mitchell, Dereck, Ryan, Dexter, Lauren, and Jaren; and parents Larry and Charlene Liljenquist. Also surviving are his sisters Laraine (Philip) Rawlins, Leisa (Tracy) Johns, and brothers Mark (Jeneane), and Brent.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and infant twin sons.
Andy loved life, family and the outdoors. Families are forever, I love you Andy.
In lieu of flowers The family requests donations be made to America First Credit Union in Erin Liljenquist’s name.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 6 at the Paradise City Cemetery.
