Logan, Utah: Annabelle Loveday, our loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at the age of 82.
She was born on October 13, 1925 to Roy and Grace Montague in Lincoln County, Kansas. Then in 1936, they moved to Soda Springs, Idaho were she grew up and went to school and later met and married Chauncey I. Loveday in 1943 and in 1950 moved to Logan, Utah where they raised their family.
She was active and a member of several organizations through out her life such as AARP, DAV, and REACT (known as “Wonder Woman” to all her CB friends) and Special Olympics. She loved the outdoors and to travel but her main love was her family.
She is survived by brother R.L.T.C Robert L Montague, daughter Valoy L Brown, son Devon Loveday, five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Chauncey I. Loveday, daughter Janet, son Doug, and grandson Jody.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 14, 2007 in the First Presbyterian Church, 12 South 200 West in Logan. A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan, and prior to services at the church from 10:30 to 11:30 AM.
