Ardys M. Crapo
Ardys Maud Moore Crapo, much loved mother and grandmother, passed away on August 27,2012. She was born on 5 May 1917, in Brea, California, the fifth of six children born to John Q and Maud Phelan Moore, all of whom predeceased her. Ardys married Leonard O. Crapo in 1936. They made their home in North Logan. They were both members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints . Ardys loved genealogy and family history and contributed important articles to family history magazines. She also served as a counselor in the Relief Society and as a Visiting Teacher.
She is survived by 2 children, Roberta (Max) Bunn, North Logan and Richley (Sharon “Shari”) Crapo, Providence, Utah and 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren, and predeceased by her husband Leonard; a daughter Beverly DeBaun; grandson David, and her parents and siblings.
