Born April 21, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah, Beth was the first child of Wanda (Greene) and Enos Nielson. The first 15 years of her life were spent with her family in Lockerby and Eastland, in southeastern Utah, attending school in Eastland and Monticello. Her loved ones describe her as loving, patient, loyal, spiritual, and selfless. She was creative and enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening. Her bread and pies were a family favorite. As a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she valued the scriptures, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, her husband, and her children and loved serving her family.
