Betty Davis
River Heights- Betty "Boop" Davis, 77, passed away after a valiant fight with cancer at her home on Wednesday, August 11, 2010. She was born on February 19, 1933 in College Ward at her grandparent's home.
She graduated from Logan High in 1951. Attented one semester at BYU before being employed at First National Bank of Logan (which later became Zions Bank). She was a dedicated Zions employee for forty years. She was well known, respected, and loved by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Alvin A. Davis and Veda M. (Olsen)and one brother Merlin A. Davis.
She is survived by one sister Kathleen (Dean) Parker, a nephew Keith (Jill) Parker, a niece Susan (Rick) Teeter, and seventeen great- nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 in the River Heights 1ST Ward Chapel, 800 S. 600 E. with Bishop David Rasmussen conducting. Friends may call Monday from 6:00-8:00p.m. at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center in Logan, and from 9:30-10:30 AM prior to services at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net
