Bonnie Hamberlin Foltz 80 of Providence Utah pasted way due to health complications September 5th 2013. She will be deeply missed and loved by family and many friends.
Bonnie was born in 1933 in St Anthony Idaho. Eldest daughter of Martin (Tex) Hamberlin and Ida Veniece Nave .
Bonnie married young to Norm Andersen in 1949, they were blessed with 5 wonderful children. They were later divorced. She married Richard J Foltz in 1960 and were blessed with 2 beautiful girls.
While married to Dick, who was career Navy, she traveled extensively spending time in Italy, Japan, Spain and all thru out the United States.
In her early years she struggled with health problems surviving 3 bouts with rheumatic fever which caused her to have a heart valve replacement as an adult.
Where ever she lived she was well loved and known for her hard work, kindness, and compassionate service, and for being generous with her time and talents which included her work at the Senior Center .
Her talents include leather and wood working, knitting, painting ceramics and yard work.
She was an active member of the LDS church and was dedicated to family history.
She is survived by her brother Mike (Chris) Hamberlin. Three sons, Kenny (Ume) Foltz, Dennis (Laura) Foltz, and Monte (Laura) Hinckley. Three daughters, Marie (Jim) Dial, Maria Foltz and Bobbie (Mike) Small, 21 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Tex and Ida, 2 sisters, Barbara Beach and Judy Loftus and daughter Jeannie Mills.
Funeral services will be held Monday September 9th at 11:00 am at the Allen Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan Utah. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6 to 8 pm. at the Mortuary and one hour prior to services. Burial will be held at the Logan City Cemetery.
