On Wednesday June 19th 2013 our loving son, Father, Grandfather, and Brother, passed away due to complications from a motorcycle accident he was in, in 1997.
Brent Charles Liljenquist was born on January 1 1960. Brent was married to Cindy Steams, and they had one daughter; Heather Liljenquist Strasser.
Brent grew up in Providence, and graduated from Sky View High School. He then went on an LDS mission, to Salem, Oregon.
Brent is survived by his parents, Larry and Charlene Hoth Liljenquist. Sisters, Laraine (Phil) Rawlins, Leisa, and his brother, Mark (Jeanene), and the pride of his life, and reason for living, his beautiful daughter Heather (Cory) Strasser. He also lived for his four beautiful grandchildren; Alyssa, Owen, Evan and Emma.
After the motorcycle accident, Brent's parents became his legal guardians again. For the last 16 years, he was ''painting buddies" with his dad Larry, they became very close.
Brent will be remembered for his sense of humor, his wittiness' and his stubbornness. If you listen closely, you can hear him still saying, "I am a kick butt rocker" and "I am a Grandpa stud".
Brent was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and his "Baby Brother", Andy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at any Zion's Bank, in the name of Cory or Heather Strasser.
Brent, we love you and will cherish you forever.
