Bronson Duane Rounds, 26, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday January 15, 2016. He was born August 18, 1989 in Logan, Utah to Jeff Rounds and Cathy (Rounds) Mohr. Bronson was raised in Providence, Utah and attended Cache County and Logan schools. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and grew up in the Providence 12th ward where he participated in the Boy Scout program and earned his Eagle Scout award. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed camping, hunting, rock climbing and fly fishing with his dad on the Snake River. He was blessed with many talents and excelled in every activity he participated in; including soccer, baseball, swimming, lacrosse, hockey, golf and skiing. He became a skilled welder while working with his father at the family’s muffler shop. Riding and working on Harley Davidsons motorcycles was a favorite hobby of his. Bronson shared a love of aviation with his late Grandpa Rounds (Pop). His most recent passion was the thrill of skydiving.
Music was Bronson’s creative outlet. He had a great love for both listening to music and creating it; he was gifted with a unique talent for singing and playing acoustic guitar. He had a great ambition for reading and learning. With his broad cultural eye he studied various languages, religions and history. He had a natural curiosity for life and was enthusiastic in learning, mastering, and sharing the experience and knowledge he gained in pursuing whatever he committed himself to explore.
Bronson made friends easily and his best friend in life was his Mom. Family was a very important part of his life. He looked forward to family gatherings with Thanksgiving and Christmas being his favorites. Bronson was a very compassionate and loving man, empowering and touching the hearts of those around him. Above all, he was devoted to serving others. Good deeds filled his everyday life and he aspired to form a non-profit organization to serve the less fortunate in Middle Eastern and third world countries.
