Logan, Utah: Caleb Steven Hart, infant son of Steven R. and Mindy Lyn Miller Hart died on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at the Logan Regional Hospital. He was born on the same day.
He is survived by parents, grandparents: Kenyon & Janene Hart and Scott & Mary Miller; great grandparents: Robert G. & Norine Allen, Don & Joyce Miller, Jesse & Margarite Gale.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Logan City Cemetery.
