NIBLEY, UTAH: Carol Louise Gnehm Fuhriman, 63, died Sunday March 23 2014, in her daughter’s home after a courageous fight with cancer.
July 1, 1950 Carol Fuhriman was born to Alfred and Frances Gnehm in Logan, Utah. With the exception of a few years spent in Ogden, she has lived her whole life in the Cache Valley that she holds dear. She attended Logan High School and Utah State University.
In 1979 she married her eternal companion, Joe Fuhriman. Together they have four children, 11 grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. While she has worked as a loan officer, bank teller, office manager, and receptionist, Carol’s favorite job was caring for her family as a wife, mother, and grandmother.
Carol had a love for music. She had a beautiful gift of being able to play the piano and organ. She has also enjoyed singing with church and community choirs over the years.
Carol’s love was felt by many with her warm smile and caring ways. She taught us all about the true meaning of service.
Carol is survived by her husband, H. Joe Fuhriman; daughter, Angie & Rory Mann (Hyrum); step-son, Jason Fuhriman (Logan); step-daughter, Aimee Fuhriman (Roy); and step-daughter, Kristin & Christopher Howell (Afton, WY), 11 grandchildren and 1 great- granddaughter.
