Catherine Elaine Peck

August 1, 1933 — October 1, 2010

Logan, Utah: Catherine Elaine (Allred) Peck born in Logan Utah August 1, 1933 to Darus and Rada Kate Allred. She married Donald C Olsen Nov 20, 1954 an Utah and they have three children. She later married V F Cluff Peck April 16, 1971 and they have two children. She has 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. For the last six years she has resided at Sunshine Terrace in Logan Utah.
Elaine was an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and one of her greatest joys were her children, as well as working with the children in the Primary program. She loved being a chorister. Elaine loved writing and illustrating children's stories, and she was a dedicated PTA president. Elaine enjoyed crocheting hats, jackets, and sweaters for needy families in the community. Elaine was a blessing to us all, and will be greatly missed. She is finally at peace with her Heavenly Father and smiling down on us all.
Preceded in death by both parents and brother-in-law Edwin Parkin. Survived by her husband Cleft Peck, sisters Lorraine Parkin and Venice (Robert) Routsong. Children: Calvin Olsen, Linda (Richard) Ashcroft, Ron (Debbie) Olsen, Michael (Mandi) Peck, and James Peck.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 8, 2010 in the Allen-Hall Mortuary Chapel. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the mortuary and prior to services on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery.
