Our mom, Charell, passed away October 29, 2013, from causes incident to age. We rejoice that she is free from pain and is reunited with her sweetheart.
She was born in Malta, Idaho January 22, 1933 to David and Charlotte Hutchison. She was the 7th of 8 children.
Mom and Dad were sealed for time and all eternity April 15, 1954, in the Logan LOS temple. They are each other's greatest treasure. Together they had 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren (so far).
Mom typed theses and dissertations for graduate students and through this she made friends with people from all over the world. This grew into Unique Printing, which Mom and Dad owned for many years.
Mom also owned and operated Grandma's Quilts. Many good friends and memories were made there.
Mom served in many church callings, but her favorite callings were with the youth. She loved directing plays, musicals, and roadshows. Her testimony of the Savior was strong until the end.
She was preceded in death by her husband A Paul Harris, her parents, her siblings: Robert, David, and Winston Hutchison, and Jean Hendrickson, Donna Anderson and their spouses and Pauline Ransom. She is survived by her sister Elsie Breault, her brother-in-law Kyle Ransom, her children Jared Harris, Jeena (Clair) Nilson, Steven Harris, Suzanne (Kenny) Palmer, and Rose M. Harris, her 14 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Special thanks to Rose M. and Jared Harris and to the wonderful hospice staff for their tender care of Mom in her last days. An extra special thanks to Steven for his years of loving care and service to both mom and dad in their last years.
