Chloe Mae Hislop

SALT LAKE CITY -- After just five short days on Earth, our beloved daughter, sister, cousin and niece, Chloe Mae Hislop, was taken back to our Heavenly Father.
Born on April 15, 2011, at Logan Regional Hospital to Jamie and Joey Hislop, little Chloe passed away in her parents' arms on April 20 at Primary Children's Medical Center.
Though she lived but a short time, our beautiful little girl deeply touched the lives of her family, loved ones and everybody who took care of her.
She is survived by her mother and father, her brother, Miles, her grandparents, Tim and Margo Miles and Craig and Nancy Hislop, uncles and aunts, Hal (Sharon) Hislop, Angie Hislop, Samantha (Clay) Esplin, Nikki Hislop, Adam (Nicole) Hislop, Sammy (Melissa) Hislop, Ginger Hislop, Robert (Tina) Miles, Aaron (Stacy) Miles, Micah (Megan) Miles and Jeremy Miles, and several cousins.
We want to sincerely thank all of you for your thoughts, prayers, sacrifice and help throughout this difficult time. To all the doctors and nurses at both the Logan Regional Hospital Women's Center and the Primary Children's Medical Center, especially those who took care of our sweet little Chloe in the centers' Newborn Intensive Care Units -- thank you so much. Also, a special thank you to the Life Flight personnel.
