Claudia Kay Sorensen Jeppesen
Claudia joined her husband Earl in what must have been a joyous reunion on November 12,2006. Claudia was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She as born February 14, 1936, in Mendon Utah to Thomas Kay and Maxine Sorensen.
She graduated from South Cache High School, attended business college while waiting for Earl who was serving a mission.
Claudia married Joseph Earl Jeppesen in the Logan LDS Temple on June 7th 1957. They resided most of their married life in River Heights. At the time of her death she resided at the Logan Legacy House where she enjoyed some time with her mother Maxine Sorensen Johnson.
She had many talents and hobbies which she enjoyed and shared with others. She loved floral arranging, decorating, crafts, art, reading and planning great family reunions and tea parties with grandchildren and nieces.
Claudia was preceded in death by her husband Earl, father Thomas Kay Sorensen, brother Tommy, granddaughter Heather and daughter-in-law Denise. She is survived by her two loving children KaeDawn (Gregg) Stott and son Michael, 12 grandchildren, a brother David Sorensen(Sandra) a sister Fawn (Clark) Olsen, sister Kristine(Sid) Groll and a brother Neil Sorensen and her mother Maxine Sorensen Johnson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 15, 2006 in the Providence North Stake Center, 800 South 600 East in River Heights. The viewing will be held that same day from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
