Corey Gunnell

WELLSVILLE, UTAH: Corey Gaylen Gunnell passed away Sunday April 15 2012. He was born in Logan,Utah on June 13 1983 to Gaylen P and Heidi James Gunnell. He grew up in Wellsville, attended local schools and graduated from Mt Crest High School in 2001. He married Amy Grossman and they later divorced. Neshia Marie Gunnell is his current wife.
Corey worked for La-Z-Y Boy in Tremonton Utah and several years for the Vulcraft Group in Brigham City Utah. He greatly enjoyed doing outdoor activities, hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with his kids.
Corey is survived by his first wife Amy and daughter McKenzie Jo, wife Neshia Marie and son Kaden, father Gaylen, brother Bart, nephew Parker, niece Toni, father-in-law, Mike Ortiz, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by grandparents Leland and Edith Gunnell and his mother -in-law Renee Ortiz.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday April 20 2012 at the Wellsville 3rd Ward chapel, 49 West 200 South, Wellsville, Utah. A viewing at the Allen Hall Mortuary , 34 E Center St, Logan, Utah will be from 6 to 8 pm Thursday evening and Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 at the chapel in Wellsville. Internment will be in the Wellsville City Cemetery. The family wishes to express appreciation for the concern, assistance and love expressed by family, friends and neighbors.
