Crystal Kay Gardner Raat

TRENTON - Crystal Kay Gardner (Raat), 47, beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and friend passed away unexpectedly January 23,2007 in Trenton, Utah.
She was born September 29,1959, in Ogden, Utah to Lauretta Sheffield and Wesley K. Gardner.
She married Gary J. Nilson June 28, 1975 in Logan, Utah and had two beautiful daughters. Gary and Crystal were later divorced. Crystal and Kevin Harker then had two wonderful sons.
Crystal grew up in Ogden and Logan Utah. She was a free spirit that lived life to the fullest. She always had the biggest heart and saw the needs of others and was always willing to help. Crystal loved the outdoors, camping, writing, and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her mother and father; brothers, Scott K. (Cynthia) Gardner of Brigham City;
Kirk (Anita) Ogden of Blackfoot, Idaho; sisters, Terresa (Tim) Taylor of Preston, Idaho; Terri Brown of Logan; children, Tiffny (Scott) Miller of Temecula, California, Shantel Nilson of San Francisco, California,
Troy Harker and Tyler Gardner of Northern California; 2 grandchildren, Katin & Kaleb Miller; many
nieces and nephews and special friend, Jed Bingham.
Friends and family are invited to share in a celebration of Crystal's life at noon on Saturday, January 27th at the Preston Elks, 1229 North 800 East, Preston, Idaho.
In lieu of flowers you may donate to the Salvation Army Alcoholism Treatment Center or other treatment center of your choice.
