HYRUM, UTAH: - Dale Earl Jackson went home August 18, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family. He was born September 4, 1946 in Ogden Utah, to Roy Earl Jackson and Lillie Juanita Sherwood. As a young man growing up in Ogden he enjoyed golf and won many awards, he also enjoyed playing pool. After moving to Twin Falls he graduated from Buhl High then moved back to Ogden Utah to attended Utah State while he worked at Hill Air Force base as a plater. He went on meet the love of his life Joyce Kimball who he married March 13, 1972. Together they had four daughters. Dale did many jobs including farming but found the second love of his life in driving truck. He drove truck for E.A Miller, Stokes Trucking and Miller Brothers Express where later he became a dispatcher. He loved everyone he worked with. Dale loved his life and everyone in it. Dale enjoyed camping with his family, golf, trucking, sports, playing the lottery, sitting on the deck watching a good storm come in. Dale was a perfectionist at everyting he did. Dale had a soft heart for everyone he cared about. He would tear up often when he thought of them. Survived by wife Joyce Jackson of Hyrum, Utah; daughters, Shauna Hugo (Darin Morrison) of Lewistion, Utah; Stacy Jackson of Hyrum, Utah; Carrie (Jaydee) Hill of Wellsville, Utah. Grandchildren, Calista, Calisha, Jayson Hugo; Doug, Devin, Kristyn, Madisun, Shamus Morrison. Kyle Lofthouse. Saydee Reynolds. Jackson Hill. Brother Ray Lynn (Paulette) Jackson of Castle Ford, Idaho. Sister Marilyn (Mike) Landers of Mountain Home, Idaho. Brother Billy Evens Twin Falls, Idaho. Many cousins nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Nicole Jackson, grand daughter Jocelyn Nicole Hugo, Dog Hammer. "We will love you forever and see you again" Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at 1:00 pm. in the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center, Logan.
