Daniel R. Muñoz, 42, passed away unexpectedly on July 18, 2016.
Born September 25, 1973 to Rosie and Raymond Muñoz. Married Kristen on February 25, 1999, later separated but remained close friends, devoted to Daniel’s recovery to the end.
He graduated from Logan High School in 1992. He worked for the Ironworkers Local #27 and was proud to call himself an Ironworker. Daniel loved life and he loved his kids. Daniel had a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile to go along with it. This last year, he fought so hard through heart failure and was given the miracle of a heart transplant on June 30, 2016. He was recovering better than expected and looking forward to going fishing and enjoying time with his family and friends.
He leaves behind many friends and family that loved him and will miss him every day. Survived by Kristen, Joseph and Anni. Also, his mother Rosie, brothers and sisters, Adrian (Heather), Eddie, Raymond, RoseAnna (Travis), Robert, Melissa (David) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his Father.
Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary, 420 East 1800 North, North Logan, Utah on Tuesday July 26th from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Graveside services will follow at the Logan City Cemetery.
