The pretty dark haired DeVona stepped into eternity Sunday, September 4th, 2005, due to a loving heart that had worn-out despite open heart surgery in 2000 and a pace maker to assist in 2003.
DeVona was born 14 March 1927 in Provo, UT. The first daughter, to Sharlend Harward and Theo Matilda Harding Harward. She had three older brothers, a sister and two more brothers to follow.
One of those brothers, VerDon, introduced her to the handsome Merrill J. Roberts, and 60 years ago, on Aug 29,1945, they were married in the Salt Lake Temple. They became the parents of seven lucky children: Trist Roberts, Debra (Dan) Ascuena, Dana (Janet) Roberts, Pamela (Duane) Dutson, Marcia (Wade) Millett, Earl Roberts, and Harvey Roberts.
