Donna Law Kramer passed away July 23, 2013, surrounded by her family. Donna was the oldest of six girls, having lost an older brother as an infant. She was born Sept. 1, 1927, in Avon, Utah, in her grandmother's bed to Vernon D. and Winona P. Law. She graduated from Utah State University in education and spent the majority of her years teaching the first graders she loved at Morningside Elementary. She was active in the LDS Church and held numerous callings over the years. She was an expert seamstress and loved quilting. Her handiwork benefited family and friends throughout her life. Family was her priority, and she was always looking for ways to help and support them. She liked nothing better than having her close and extended family around her. She married Robert L. Kramer on Oct. 10, 1951, in the Logan Temple; they were later divorced. They had three children: Alan Robert Kramer (Melinda), Bonnie Gene Kramer Buys (David) and Kathy Lynn Kramer Falk (Stephen). She had 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grand children and was loved by all the nieces and nephews. She and her five sisters were inseparable over the years. Maxine L. Pearce (Monte), JoAnn L. Olsen (Norman J), Elaine L. Palmer (Don), Linda L. Sparrow (Claire) and Lawana L. Ferrier (Ben). She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, LaRay Veron Law, and two sisters, Maxine L. Pearce and Joann Olsen. Services will be at noon Saturday, July 27 in the Smithfield 5th ward LDS chapel at 625 E. 600 South, Smithfield, UT 84335. There will be a viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Allen Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St. Logan, UT 84321, and 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the church.
