Dorlene May Jones Kaae Humphries

April 30, 1922 — October 18, 2006

HYRUM, UTAH: Dorlene May Jones Kaae Humphries, 84,
died Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at her home in Hyrum
of causes incident to age.

She was born on April 30, 1922 in Providence, Utah a
daughter of Thomas and Metta Jones. She married Viggo
Kaae in August 1940. They were later divorced. She
married Ed Humphries in October 1990. She was a
waitress for Dick’s Café and the Logan Elks. She was
also employed at Presto Products and Del Monte. She
enjoyed spending time with her children and
grandchildren and especially Ed as they went almost
everywhere together. She enjoyed all holidays and
sharing with her neighbors especially the children.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Humphries , Hyrum;
children, Clarence and Lana Kaae, Nephi; Linda and Jay
Checketts, Logan; Garry and Vicky Kaae, Logan;
Genevieve and Ricky Loveland, Logan; Terry and Jan
Kaae, Fielding; Randy Kaae, Richmond; Ronald Kaae,
Sunset; Sybil and Allen Morris, Lewisville, Idaho;
Dave and Bobbie Spence, Alaska; two sisters, Donna
Dorigatti, Vivian Baker, 42 grandchildren with two on
the way, seven great grandchildren, six great-great
grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was
preceded in death by Viggo Kaae, three infant
children, three sisters, two brothers. We love you
and will miss you.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00 pm in
the Allen-Hall Mortuary. There will be a viewing
Monday evening from 6-8 pm and on Tuesday from 1:00 -
1:45 pm. Interment will be in the Providence City
Cemetery. Condolences and memories may be sent to the
