Edith Marjory Mabey

Edith Marjory Mabey December 21, 1933-October 19, 2023, Logan UT Edith, most commonly known as Marge, was welcomed into heaven on October 19, 2023 at the age of 89. She was surrounded by loved ones during her passing. Edith was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada to Isobel Fisher and James Lamb. She was the seventh of ten children. She met, who became her husband, Robert Mabey, while he was on his mission in Canada for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They were wedded on August 14, 1953 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and sealed in the Logan temple on December 4th, 1954. While Robert was in the military, she found work in various jobs in real estate.  Outside of work, she enjoyed spending time with her family, watching game shows, crafting, crocheting and teaching her grandchildren some of her favorite card games. Marge is survived by her four children: Her sons, Steven (Ronda) Mabey, Chris (Katrina) Mabey; her daughters, Kathy (David) Nolan, Kim (Ken) Olsen; eleven grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents, James and Isobel, four brothers and four sisters, and one grandson.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, October 25th at 11am at the Logan City Cemetery.  Services under the direction of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
