Elizabeth Ann Weiser Bertoch was born August 14, 1935 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Rolland G. Weiser and Ondulyn Eckersell. As a child growing up in Rexburg, Idaho, Ann loved traveling with her friends and family to Yellowstone Park and Mack’s Inn. She was gifted musically and academically. Ann had a beautiful alto voice and loved to perform at her beloved Madison High School.

Ann wasn’t afraid of hard work. Ann graduated from Rick’s College in Nursing. She later received her Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing at University of Utah. Ann loved teaching at the Joint Nursing Program with Weber State University/Utah State University. Ann loved the profession of Nursing because she wanted to help people. She and her husband Dan E. Jones raised three children in Logan, Utah. Later they divorced and she married Michael J. Bertoch. She enjoyed teaching her children about Jesus Christ and His gospel.

Ann was a friend to those who were down on their luck or who were just lonely. Ann loved to travel with her husband Mike throughout the world to see new places and make new friends. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ. She loved serving the Lord in many callings. She served as a senior missionary in the Texas Houston East Mission with her husband Mike. After Mike passed away, Ann married Royal Stocking and enjoyed her golden years until his death. Ann was kind, loving, generous and had a strong testimony of Her Savior Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her children Daniel Mark Jones (Jerilee), Leslie Ann Jones Swartwood (Randy) and Ondulyn Jones. Six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Linda Leeper.
