Elma Jean Pendleton Neilson

Elma Jean Neilson born March 21, 1927 died January 21, 2016. The Mother of 4 surviving Sons, proceeded in death by her Husband Stanley D. Neilson. We will miss her until we are re-united, but are happy that she is more comfortable and with others who love her. Elma Jean was born in Fairview, Wy. and raised in Lincoln County. She started at The University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wy. Where she dated and married Stanley. She was a very good wife to her husband and good mother to her and sons. She worked with her husband, in the many places that his employment took them, to build homes for the family where ever they lived. She died in Draper, UT and two of her sons, Brian and Larry, were with her at the time of her death. Elma Jean is survived by: David & Wife Laura, Jan & Wife Sandra, Brian & Wife Vicky, Larry & Wife Kristen, 29 grand children and 21 great grand children. A funeral will be conducted in her honor on Saturday January 30th at 11:00 A.M. There will be a viewing prior to the funeral from 10:00 to 10:45. We invite all who know and love her to attend the viewing and funeral. Elma Jean's body will be interred in the Hyde Park Cemetery next to where Stanley was laid. The funeral will be convened in the Chapel of The Christ of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Building in Hyde Park on Center Street at 11:00 A.M. where there will be a viewing prior from 10-10:45 A.M.
