Evelyn Winn Rudman, 93 of Logan, Utah passed away on Saturday, February 25.
Evelyn was born in Smithfield on March 5, 1929, she was the fourth girl born to a farming family. She spent her youth working in the sugar beet, hay, pea, and potato fields with her family.
Evelyn had an extraordinary life. She was a feisty entrepreneur, building and operating three successful businesses in Salt Lake and Logan. She traveled most of the world.
Evelyn loved river rafting with her family and friends, logging several trips on the Salmon River, Middle Fork of the Salmon, and the Grand Canyon.
In 1987, Evelyn purchased a house on the Logan River which she proceeded to completely remodel into a gorgeous home which she cared for with all her heart. Evelyn finally decided to retire in 2008
Evelyn is predeceased by her parents, George Thomas Winn and Jennie Antonette Nielsen; her sisters Mozelle Merkley, Donna Adams, Ruth Pitcher; and her beloved son Brad Mohr. She is survived by her sons, Jeff Mohr (Ann) and Rick Mohr (Libby). Her five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews will miss her hugs, love and hot rolls.
