Ginger Godfrey, 34, of Logan, Utah passed from this mortal life Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011.
She was born Feb. 16, 1977 to Curtis and Marilyn Godfrey of Clarkston, Utah. Ginger grew up in Clarkston and graduated from Sky View High School in 1995.
She then graduated from Fran Brown School of Cosmotology as a Master Estetician and was currently employed at The Sports Academy and Sherwood Hills. She loved her job and was known for her soft touch and pleasant manner. She enjoyed pampering her clients and made many lasting friendships.
Ginger loved her son, Jordy. He was her world. She also enjoyed her four brothers and could outdrive any of them at our Annual Thanksgiving Demolition Derby.
She was beautiful skier, loved to travel and was a devoted Facebook fan.
Our hearts are broken. We will miss your beautiful smile, sweet Ging.
She is survived by her parents, son Jordy Cooper, brothers - Mark (Melanie) Salt Lake City, Randy (Heather) Millville, Paul (Miranda) Logan, Luke, Clarkston. Grandmothers: LaRae Leonhardt Godfrey and Ruth Jones Clark of Clarkston, also seven nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was preceded in death by her Grandfathers Don Godfrey and Douglas Clark.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 26, 2011 in the Clarkston Ward Chapel. A viewing will be held prior to services at the church from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. Burial will be at the Clarkston City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net
