Harlow B. (Butch) Olsen

LOGAN, UTAH: Harlow B. (Butch) Olsen passed away of a
heart attack August, 6, 2006, at Logan Regional
Hospital. He was born in Logan, Utah, November 30,
1938, to Bert W. and Dora F. Olsen. He married Vema
Larsen on January 19,1974. They made their home in
Young Ward where Butch enjoyed farming and the
outdoors. He was an avid bowler and participated on
bowling leagues in Logan and later in Mesquite,
Nevada, where he and Vema lived for the past four
years. His family and many friends will miss him
dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents and
sister, Leone. Survivors include his wife and 3
children, Kim (Logan, Utah); Mark (Apple Valley,
California); Joseph Lance and partner, Ken Cook (San
Diego, California); grandchildren, Christopher, Lynn,
Kandice, Amanda, Matt, Justin, Danny, Mercedes and
Bently; brothers and sisters, Dorthy (Norm) Lloyd; Rex
W. Olsen; Ervin (Donna) Olsen; Joan (Keith)Young;
Elodene Herzog; and Linda Montano. At his request,
there will be no viewing or funeral services.
