Haylie Dalton Hook

Haylie Dalton Hook passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 32, as a result of a tragic car accident. Haylie was born in Logan Utah to Randall W Dalton and Phyllis Wiltshire Lang. She grew up in Hyrum, where she attended Lincoln Elementary and South Cache Jr. High. She graduated from Fast Forward High school in 2008.
Haylie was blessed with three wonderful sons that she cherished beyond measure. Trey Dale Allen (age 12), son to Haylie and Devin Allen. William Hart Hook (age 9), and Wesley Jay Hook (age 7), son to Haylie and Bryon Hart Hook.
As a child, Haylie had a passion for being outdoors with her family and animals. She loved camping, fishing, swimming, her horses and dogs, and any other animal she could get her hands on. She was always bringing new critters home, sometimes to her mother’s dismay. As she grew she became incredibly talented in her many interests which included being an amazing makeup artist, singer, tattoo artist, jewelry creator, and of course being a fun and loving mother to her three sons.
Through her work she met many wonderful friends who enriched her life. If she loved you, she did so wholeheartedly and unconditionally. Haylie saw the best in every person she met, and was always ready to greet those she cared for with a giant warm hug. She made everyone around her feel accepted and included.
Being the generous and loving person she was, Haylie wanted to be an organ donor. In her passing, Haylie has been able to continue her acts of love by saving the lives of many others.
Haylie was proceeded in death by her father, Randall W Dalton, her sister, Laci Sherise Dalton, grandparents, Joline and Clark Dalton of Circleville UT.
She is survived by her husband Bryon and her three sons, her mother and step father, Phyllis and Steven Lang of Lindon UT, her sister, Lana Talbot of Hyrum UT, her grandparents, Kenneth and Sheri Noble of Hyrum UT, and Gail Lang of So. Jordan, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Her funeral will be on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center, Logan, UT. There will be a viewing prior to the funeral, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Hyrum City cemetery.
