Heidi T. Mccarty

Logan-Heidi Tams McCarty, 49, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at her home in Logan, Utah.
Heidi was born October, 27, 1966 in Logan, Utah the oldest daughter of Jeff and Lynnette Tams.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and received her Endowments March 26, 2004 on her Dad’s birthday.

Heidi grew up in Paradise, Utah. She was in the first graduating class of Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, Utah. She attended Bridgerland Applied Technology Center, earning a degree in Business.

Heidi enjoyed crafting and crocheting. She was always making special gifts for her family and friends.

Heidi had a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh that would always make everyone smile and laugh along with her. She loved her many aunts, uncles and cousins and was always joking and teasing with them.

Her greatest joy was her beloved son Cole Montana McCarty and her five nieces, McKenzie, Addasyn, Gracie, ShanDee and KamBree. She was known as the “Awesome Aunt Heidi”, always giving her girls specials gifts and was one of the greatest supporters of all of their various activities.

But her true love was just being a Mom to her son Cole. She was his biggest fan and supporter. She loved her son more than anything.

Heidi faced many health battles in her life and fought them with a fierce determination, never complaining and always smiling.

She was preceded in death by her Dad, Jeffery Owen Tams, grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is survived by her son Cole Montana McCarty; her Fur Grandbaby Nash; “adopted” sons Joel Blackner and Colt Feinauer; sisters Missy (Lee) Buck; Barbra (Clint) Kerr; nieces McKenzie (Derek) Bruins, Addasyn Buck, Gracie Buck, ShanDee Kerr and KamBree Kerr.

Funeral services will be held at noon Wednesday, September, 28, 2016 at the Paradise 2nd Ward Chapel, 9060 S. 200 W. in Paradise, Utah. Viewings will be Tuesday, September, 27, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at Allen Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center in Logan, Utah and from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to the funeral services. Interment will be at the Paradise Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the amazing staff at the Logan Dialysis Center for the years of loving care they provided Heidi. Especially Roe, Rob Dog, Dave and Jake. And a special thanks to Dr. Harry for his loving care.

We love you so much Heidi and you will be greatly missed. You will forever be in our hearts. We are thankful that you are finally free of your worldly pains and suffering and wrapped in the loving arms of Dad.
