WELLSVILLE, UTAH: Helen Marr Nielsen Michaelis passed away peacefully September 10, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones. Born February 18, 1926 in Ogden Utah to John Willard Nielsen & Agnita Mary Hansen.  Helen married her eternal companion and love of her life, Harry Eugene Michaelis on June 3, 1943 in Logan Utah and sealed in the Logan Temple December 22, 1943.  She was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. All who knew her always knew they were in good hands, for her hands were always doing good things for them. A delicious meal, a warm place to stay at night, and always a tender hug to push your cares aside. All who knew her knew they were loved by her and always welcome in her home.
A dedicated member of the LDS church she loved serving for many years in both the Salt Lake Temple and Logan temple with her husband.
She is survived by her husband Gene and children, Terry (Becky), Kimberlee (Charlie), Ann (Steve), Clifford (Joyce), Kevin (Debbie), Kip (Wendy), Todd (Sandy), and Deidre (Miles) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 14th  at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellsville LDS Chapel, 660 S. 100 W. Wellsville, UT.  Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 11:00 to 12:30 prior to the funeral services. Funeral directors are Allen-Hall Mortuary, Logan. God saw her getting tired a cure was not to be. He wrapped her in his loving arms and whispered “My Daughter Come with me”.  She tried so hard to stay with us but her fight was not in vain, God took her to His loving home and freed her from her pain.
