Jack Leslie Cross

September 19, 1957 — February 1, 2010

Jack Leslie Cross, 53 years old, returned to his Heavenly Father, Monday, February 1, 2010 following a courageous six month battle with pancreatitis.

Jack was born the son of John L. Cross Sr. and Violet Gehrke Cross on September 19, 1957. Jack graduated from Orem High School.

Jack was proceeded in death by his father John L. Cross Sr. mother Violet Gehrke Cross, sisters Violet Norma Cross, Jeanne Cross Lee (Bob Lee) and sister-in-law Donna Mae Bergin Cross (John L. Cross Jr.) and many righteous grandparents and great-grand parents and ancestors.

Jack is survived by his son Michael Murphy Cross, brothers John L. Cross Jr
James L. Cross Sr.,Jerrold L. Cross Sr.(Laurie Cross), sisters Janice
Cross Dunn (Conrad Dunn)and little angel sister Jill LoRayne Cross, Robert Lee, brother-in-law.

Jack is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loves his Father in Heaven and his Savior Jesus Christ. He has a strong testimony and has been an inspiration to all those he has come into contact with.

Jack was an avid fisherman and loved God's creations. He enjoyed doing landscaping and being out in nature.

He will be greatly missed by family and friends, but his influence will live on with those he loved.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Quailbluff Ward, 1380 East 25 North, Logan, Utah. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the services. Bishop Drake Self will be officiating.
