Jacob Mark Campbell

Jacob “Jake” Mark Campbell passed away April 13, 2018, due to complications with long term seizures. He was 34.
Jake was born March 22, 1984 in Logan, UT to his parents Mark and Cathy Campbell. He graduated from Sky View High School in 2002. He married Cortney Christofferson in 2006. They lived in Smithfield and brought 2 beautiful boys into the world, Chase and Markus.
Jake grew up working at Mark’s Auto Body with his dad Mark, he continued to work at the family business until his passing.
Jake had many passions in life which included playing sports, especially soccer, where he made many lifelong friends and played for Sky View High School. He loved being outside; hunting, camping, 4-wheeling, dirt biking, jumping cars and snowmobiling.
Jake was admired for his talents working at the shop painting cars. He loved big trucks that moved fast and loved to tinker around with his next new project. He loved working side by side with some of his best friends.
Jake had a witty sense of humor that put people at ease and created instant friendships. He had childhood friends that were more like family. He loved to spend time with them goofing around and getting into trouble.
He was close to his family and was the biggest Mommas boy. He had a great friendship with his Dad and admired his skills including soccer, snowmobiling and the auto body trade. He was the ultimate big brother always watching out for his little sisters. He loved his Grandparents and
greatly appreciated the relationship he had with his Grandma Maxine and Grandpa Kendall.
Chase and Markus were the light of their Dad’s life. He loved being their Dad and playing outside with them, having Friday night movie nights, playing superheroes, shooting Nerf guns, fishing, coaching soccer, visiting the cabin, going to the Fun Park, and playing ball.
Jake is survived by Cortney and their sons Chase and Markus, his parents Mark and Cathy Campbell, his sister Jessi (Jeremiah) Davis, his niece Lily, his nephew Isaac, his sister Katie (Josh) Hensley, and his grandparents Kendall and Maxine Corbridge. As well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Jake is preceded in death by his Grandma Joan Campbell and Grandpa Curtis Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 20, 2018 in the North Logan Stake Center, 2750 North 800 East in North Logan, with Bishop Brian Hunt Conducting. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening, April 19, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street in Logan, and prior to the services on Friday at the stake center from 10:00 to 11:30 AM.
