Jay Hale Napper, 46, passed away on Sept. 16 at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Jay was born on Mar. 20, 1959 to Russell Hale Napper and Emily Rose Larsen Napper in Logan, Utah. He graduated from Logan High School and attended Bridgerland Applied Technoloy Center. He was employed at Icon as a forklift driver at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his children: Jay Russell (Andrea) Napper, Eugene, OR; Natalie Rose Napper, Logan; Harvey James Napper, Logan; and Christopher Edmund, Logan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two aunts: Georgia Jorgensen and Midge Olsen.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005 at 10 AM at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center St., Logan. A visitation will be 1 hr. prior to services at the mortuary on Saturday.
