Jeffrey Adams

On January 23, 2025, surrounded by his loving family, R. Jeffrey Adams passed on to be with his Heavenly Parents and the many friends and family that have gone on before him. Jeff was born on August 12, 1953, to Robert and Beth Adams. He had 10 siblings. He married his sweetheart Ruth C Adams on April 11, 1974, in the Logan Temple. They met on a blind date arranged by friends. They have 5 children. Amy (Dennis) Willden, Mike Adams, Angie (Jon) Howard, Mandy Adams and Josh Adams (deceased) He has 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren with one on the way.

He loved music all his life. You could hear him jamming to music in his truck or while he cleaned the house. He started with heavy metal and transitioned to country later in life. He loved electronics and always wanted to have the best TV's and sound systems. He was so generous and loved to give gifts to his family. He played the violin in the Utah State Youth Orchestra. He loved baseball, the New York Yankees was his favorite team. He loved spending time outdoors and spent many summers camping and four wheeling with family,

Jeff was a very hard worker and a quiet soul. He retired from Schreiber Foods where he was a dedicated worker for 20 years. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he held many callings. His last was his favorite, teaching the sweet sunbeams in primary. They adored him, and he loved them in return.

We will miss you Dad, until we meet again. Our family would like to thank the many wonderful health care workers who spent countless hours caring for Jeff. We would especially like to thank Dr. Matt Welter for his thoughtful care and heartfelt concern for Jeff and his family.

Funeral services will be held on February 3, 2025, at noon in the Young Ward Chapel. A viewing will be held on Sunday February 2, from 6-8 at the Allen Hall Mortuary on Center Street, and a viewing from 10:30-11:30 will be held just prior to the funeral at the Church.
