Our dear sweet mother (Joan McDaniel Fullmer) passed away on Fri. Feb. 7 after a long road with Dementia. Joan was born on Aug. 14, 1934, in Salt Lake City. Her parents were Vye Holiday McDaniel Brown and Marvin McDaniel. She was an only child. She grew up in Salt Lake City and spent her summers in Santaquin, Utah with her Grandparents. When she was 18 her future husband, Don Fullmer, came home from his mission and moved into the house next door. Mother drew his attention, and they were married on May 28, 1954 in the Salt Lake Temple. She lived the life of an Army wife, moving almost every 2 years. These locations included Germany, (where Teresa and Mike were born.), Oklahoma, (where Cindy was born, and Maryland, (where David was born). Then with children in tow to Salt Lake City, Tooele, California, Bountiful, Alaska, Iowa and then finally to North Logan, where she resided until the time of her death. She loved being an Officers wife with all the parties and activities. 

She eventually started selling Avon where she made it to the President club level after selling door to door for 50 years! 

She loved her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her favorite calling was ward librarian which she did for many years. 

She loved to travel with Don and their friends, and they went to many places. She loved her flowers, holidays, her grandkids and her dogs. (Winkles, Fluffer and Kiska).

She is survived by her Children: Teresa (Steve) Wiser, Mike (Joan) Fullmer, Cindy (Paul) Robinson, and David Fullmer. She has 11 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Don, and one granddaughter Nicole.

There will be a viewing Friday Feb. 14 from 6-8 pm. at Allen Hall Mortuary at 34 East Center in Logan. On Saturday Feb.15, there will be a viewing from 9:30-10:30 at the church at 1105 E. 2100 North, North Logan, followed by a Funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the North Logan City Cemetery.
