Jolyn Winberg Johnson, 82, loving wife, mother and grandma passed away peacefully on January 17, 2018 at her home in Smithfield, Utah. Born June 28, 1935 in Logan, Utah the daughter of Wilford and LaVon Winberg, she was the fourth child in a family of six. She attended Logan High School and was a member of the Majorettes graduating in 1952. On October 27, 1953 she married Allen Johnson. She was employed at Hyclone labs as a labtech for over 20 years.
Jolyn had a love for gardening and we all enjoyed her beautiful yard each year. Reading was one of her most favorite hobbies, she had a particular love for Poetry. She also loved to go antique shopping and could spot a gem in the rough. Jolyn was the most kind and caring person you could ever meet and absolutely adored her children and grandchildren. There was a special place in her heart for cats and she loved them so dearly.
She is survived by her children, Cleve (Kristy) Johnson of Boise, Idaho; Troy (Erin) Johnson of Logan, Utah; Jody (Debbie) Johnson of Logan, Utah; David (Stephanie) Johnson of Logan, Utah; Shawn (Karen) Johnson of Logan, Utah; Kristy and son Hunter of Clarkston, Utah; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She will be so deeply missed by all.
