Jon Paul McCraney “MAC” (July 14, 1961 – September 1, 2011)
Jon Paul McCraney beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend 50, passed away Thursday September 1, 2011 at Mckay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT. He was born on July 14, 1961 to Jack and Gladys McCraney.
Jon always had a smile on his face and could make anyone laugh. Jon was an avid golfer and had a great appreciation for nature and animals. Among many things Jon had a great love for his family, friends, the Raiders and his cats. He had an enourmous heart and could brighten any room he walked into. Jon was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
Jon is survived by his wife and soul mate Jodie Kramer; son Zac; mother Gladys McCraney; sisters Sue Croft (Ralph Anderson), Becky Schiffman (Lee Carlson), Lesle Dickey (Chris Campos); nephew Derek (Amy) Johnson; niece Heather (Dakota) Rich; great niece Finlee Rich; in laws Ken and Joan Kramer (and family). He is preceded in death by his father Jack McCraney; and sister Jackie Chambers.
Services will be held Friday, September 9, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center St Logan, UT. In lieu of flowers please send condolences to www.allenmortuaries.net . Also, there has been an account set up in Jon’s name at Zions Bank.
