Jordan Michael Lyle, 33, of Logan, passed away of an unforeseen seizure on Christmas Eve and returned to his heavenly father. He was born February 1st, 1980, the youngest of four children to Steve and Becky Lyle.

Jordan lived in Cache Valley for most of his life. He graduated from Mountain Crest in 1998 with a lot of great friends. After graduation, Jordan went on a very successful 2 year LDS mission to the Philippines where he grew to love the people and the gospel. Upon returning, Jordan attended Utah State and soon thereafter married his beautiful wife Carolyn in the Logan, UT LDS Temple. Jordan and Carolyn were blessed with an amazing son William who is now 6 years old and will forever carry on Jordan‘s legacy.

Jordan Lyle was a gentle-giant, an extraordinary friend, son, husband and father. He was a leader and protector and all those who had a chance to meet Jordan were better off because of it. Jordan is survived by his wife Carolyn and his son William. Jordan was also survived by his parents, Steve and Becky, his brothers Jason and Jarman and his sister Shannon. Jordan is the grandson of Hugh and Lorraine Lyle, Daniel & Lucille Pierson and Ray & Swanee Reinoldson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM, Monday, Dec. 30th at the LDS Church located at 1850 North, 400 East N. Logan, UT. There will be a viewing prior to the service from 10:30am to 12:30 at the church. Jordan will be peacefully laid to rest at the Wellsville Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Allen-Hall Mortuary.
