Jordan Donald Goonan

Jordan Donald Goonan 19, born to Thomas and Marijane Goonan on November 12, 1989, died in his sleep on March 6, 2009 of unknown medical reasons. Jordan was in the MTC learning German for his church mission in Hamburg, Germany. He developed Mononucleosis and returned home to recuperate and then return to his Church mission.

Jordan was a graduate of Sky View High School. He lettered in Swimming and Water Polo. Jordan earned his Eagle Rank in Scouting and his 1st Degree Black Belt in Chung Do/ Tae Kwon Do in spite of his learning disabilities. Jordan was a finisher and had a wonderful sense of humor which will be remembered by all of us.

We will miss him but by our faith we know we will see him again. There will be a viewing at Allen Mortuary of North Logan at 1800 N. 420 E. in N. Logan on Wednesday March 11, 2009 from 6-9 pm and the funeral will be at N. Logan 3rd Ward on Thursday, a viewing at 10:30-11:30 am. The funeral service is located 1850 N. 400 E. on the NE corner.
