Justin John Madson

June 1, 1982 — December 2, 2007

Paradise, Utah: Justin John Madson, 25, formerly of North Salt Lake City, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2007 at his sister Corrie’s home in Paradise, Utah.
Justin was born on June 1, 1982 in Soda Springs, Idaho to Brent Madson of Soda Springs and Shauna Madson of Logan. Justin spent most of his childhood in Soda Springs and attended elementary school there. He developed a passion for basketball during his childhood years. He later moved to Logan to be with his mom where he attended Mt. Logan Middle School and Logan High School. His first job he got was from the Herald Journal when he was 13. While working as a carrier, he met his good friend Dan Jeppson, who is still his friend today. He then started working at Arctic Circle and got his first car, they white Dodge Shadow. Justin resided in Logan for most of his teenage years where he worked and lived with friends and family.
Justin loved to play basketball, X-Box, Nintendo and pretty much any game he could get his hands on. He also loved RedVines and Poptarts. No wonder why he was so skinny. Some of Justin favorite movies were: Prison Break, Bad Boys, The Whole Nine Yards, Gone in Sixty Seconds, endless Friends episodes, and anything funny or gruesome.
Justin married Alisha Lee on October 22, 2004, where they shared two years of marriage together. Sadly, they divorced. But, during those years together they played lots of X-Box, shared lots of laughs and made many great memories for us!
Justin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held the Aaronic Priesthood and the office of a Teacher.
Justin had a great passion for his family. He has a heart the size of Texas. He became very close with his nephew Caileb. They spent many hours playing basketball, X-Box and watching movies. His little brother Trevor will miss him as well. They played lots of basketball and X-Box also.
Justin had lived with his sister Corrie and her husband Jon off and on for the last 7 years. He spent a lot of time with their three boys, Caileb, Kellan and Khyson. Justin was a big heart and helped with whatever he could. Screaming kids, poopy diapers, he was there to help, no matter what!
He will be greatly missed by his loving family. He leaves behind his father, Brent (Flossie) Madson of Soda Springs, Idaho and his mother, Shauna Madson of Logan, sisters, Heather Udy of Logan, Corrie (Jon) Wolford of Paradise, Utah, brother, Josh (Shyanne) Madson of Balckfoot, Idaho, sister, Ashley Madson of Layton, Utah, and brother, Trevor Madson of Logan. Justin also leaves behind one step-brother, Brady Madson and two step-sisters, Chelsea and Chelbie Madson, all of Soda Springs.
Justin now joins his grandparents Paul and Carole Semrad and Jack and Elaine Madson all of Malad, Idaho.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Allen-Hall Mortuary Chapel, 34 East Center Street in Logan. A viewing will be held prior to services from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Interment will be in the Malad City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net .
