MILLVILLE, UTAH: Kyle Mondell Knowles, 40, of Millville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was surrounded by his wife and family at his side.
Kyle was born November 25, 1967 to Mondell and Ilene Richman Knowles. He married his eternal companion Tamara Paige Echols on August 19, 2000 in the Logan LDS Temple.
Kyle was raised in Millville. He graduated in 1986 from Mountain Crest High School and LDS Seminary. Kyle was a faithful member of the LDS Church. He served a mission to Philadelphia, PA and had many church callings.
He graduated from USU with a degree in electrical engineering. He was employed by ICON Health and Fitness.
Kyle loved working side by side with his father on the family farm. He relentlessly tease his two sister, mother, family and friends. They all looked to his unwavering example for guidance and support.
Kyle loved being outdoors. His most memorable stories involved farm work, 4-wheelers, snowmobiles and fishing trips to Alaska with his father and best friends.
Kyle’s true love in this life and throughout eternity is his wife, Tammie and children Dallin and Ashlyn. He fought courageously for more earthly time with them. We are comforted with the knowledge that we will be reunited with this dear husband, father, son and brother.
He is survived by his wife, Tamara, children, Dallin (6) and Ashlyn (4), his father, Mondell, father and mother-in-law, Dennis and Pennie Echols, his sisters, Camille and Brian David; Rochelle and Jeff Strate, grandparents, Allen and Melba Richman, sisters-in-law, Tiffany and Chris Boyles, Tessa and Richard Parrish, Teryn and Kawiti Finlayson, brother-in-law, Trent and Teradee Echols and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ilene Knowles, grandparents, Ed and Connie Knowles. Kyles family would like to express their appreciation to all the medical professionals who assisted in his care.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 11:00 am in the Providence South Stake Center, 360 East 450 North, Millville. There will be a viewing Friday evening from 6-8 pm at the Allen-Hall Mortuary in Logan and at the church Saturday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 am. Interment will be in the Millville Cemetery.
