LaVonna Lofthouse

LaVonna Lofthouse (Garr), 75, of Tremonton, Utah, passed away on September 23, 2023.
She was born on September 23, 1948, in Logan, Utah, to Connie Garr and the late Dennis Garr.

LaVonna was a loving mother to her children, DiAnna (Bob) Tegen, Jamie (Gary) Boyle, Teresa (Zeb) Combs, Amelia (Cameron) Coombs and Nathaniel Lofthouse. She also cherished her role  as a grandmother and great-grandmother. LaVonna is survived by her mother, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 6 siblings.

LaVonna attended Sky View High School and later pursued higher education at Stevens-Heneger. She was dedicated to her children and family.

LaVonna was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She dutifully held many callings as a member and took joy in her church activity. One of her best memories was sewing costumes for the Brigham City Temple opening celebration.

In her free time, LaVonna enjoyed reading, sewing, and cross-stitching. These hobbies brought her relaxation and allowed her to express her creativity.

The grave site dedication for LaVonna will be held at the Hyde Park Cemetery October 14, 2023 at 11:00 am.
