LeDean Hill Campbell, 81, raised in Wellsville, passed away January 7, 2006 in Boise, Idaho.
LeDean was born September 16, 1924, in Wellsville to Ray P. and Elizabeth Murray Hill. She came from a very loving family.
On February 14,, 1946, LeDean married William Stephens Campbell in Las Vegas, Nevada. Later, they were sealed in the Boise Temple. They resided in Henderson, Nevada for 50 years where they raised a daughter, Janet. After her husband's death, she moved to Boise, Idaho to be
closerto her daughter and 6 grandchildren.
She served in a multitude of church callings. Her last and most precious was her calling as a temple worker in the Las Vegas Temple.
LeDean was very kind and had a compassionate spirit and a gentle nature, which continued on throughout her 10 years of suffering with Alzheimer's Disease.
She is survived by her sister, June (Fred) Bowen, Mendon, Utah. Brother Jay (Delores) Hill, Aurora, Colorado. Daughter, Janet (Gordon) Clark, Boise, Idaho. Six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother Ray Hill, and sisters Elda Christiansen and Beth Munk.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon at the Allen-Hall Mortuary on Wednesday, January 11, 2006. There will be a viewing at the mortuary on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and prior to services on Wednesday beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the Wellsville City Cemetery.
