Lillian Viola Albrecht

Lillian Viola Lawson Albrecht of Millville, 93, passed away December 2, 2016. She was surrounded by those who loved and cared for her.
She was born in Hale, Missouri to Goldie Lairmore and George Lawson. She was raised by her grandparents, George Richard Lairmore and Belle Daisy Olyear in Oklahoma.
She met Werner Albrecht while he was employed in Oklahoma. They were married and moved to Cache Valley. Her husband passed away December 23, 2007. They built their home in Millville in 1947 and resided there the rest of their lives.
She worked hard growing a big garden, canning, churning butter, making bread, and raising her children.
Her children are Werner Lee (Peggy) of Afton, Wyoming; Carol Anderson (LeGrande) of College Ward; Patricia Ries of Millville; Susan Vail (Allan) of Nibley. She has one living brother, Doil Rogers of Missouri. She has many grand children, great grand children and step grand children.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her son -in-law, Dennis Ries; a grand child, Mark Anderson; great grand child, Spencer Anderson; sister Betty Schubert; brothers Charles Rogers and Robert McQuerry.
There will be a gathering of family and friends Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 10 to 11 at the Allen-Hall Mortuary Following will be a graveside service at the Logan cemetery at 11:30.
