Beloved Father and Grandfather
Lloyd Melvin Shumway. sadly passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born to Don and Thea Shumway on June 30, 1958.
He is survived by his children Marisa and Levi Stevenson and their daughter Ariana, Amy Jo, Bryan, Cameron, Stephen, Eric, and Cassie Shumway.
He will be greatly missed.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 29, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Nibley 4th Ward Chapel, 360 West 3200 South. There will be a viewing Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary in Logan and at the church on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery on Monday at 3:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net
