Louis Blaine Boudrero

January 25, 1919 — November 2, 2006

LOGAN, UTAH: Louis Blaine Boudrero,87, Our Husband,
Father, Grandfather, and great Grandfather passed away
peacefully, on Thursday, November 2,2006 from causes
incident to age in Logan.
Blaine was born the 25th of January 1919, in Logan,
Utah, to Louis David and Elva Lloyd Redford Boudrero,
the oldest of six children. Blaine attended Logan City
Schools and graduated from Logan Senior High with the
class of 1937. He also attended the Utah State
Agricultural College.
Blaine served an honorable Mission to the East Central
States, serving as the Branch and District president.
He loved to relate his mission experiences to his
family.
Upon his return in February 1943, he met Carma
Chambers at the AC. They were sealed in the Logan
Temple January 6th, 1944.
He was a devout and faithful member of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, having served as a
Temple officiator from 1948-1950 and from1979 to 1996
as a temple worker. He served in the16th ward
Bishopric, as a home teacher and a gospel doctrine
teacher.
He worked at J.C.Penneys from 1943 to 1974, when it
was necessary to retire as a result of a brain tumor.
While at Penneys he enjoyed his association with all
people and developed many life long friendships.
He loved the land, and enjoyed the farm and raising
beef cattle. He cherished his association with his
Father, Uncle Lehigh, and his brother Bob while
working on the farm. He served as President and as a
director of the Northwest field irrigation Co.
Gardening and raising flowers was also very important
in his life.
Blaine was an avid Aggie fan, rarely missing any
football or basketball games until the middle of the
last season. He was a member of the Big Blue Club and
the Old Main Society.
He had a passion for reading and learning, He spent
endless hours writing family histories. He was proud
of his pioneer heritage, their great legacy and
hardships in behalf of his family.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carma; Sons,
David Blaine (Shawna Kirby), Daryl Grant (Janet
Cooper), Richard Alan (Terri Christensen) , Randall
Clair (Nadine Cooper) and daughter Bonnie Jean (Dee
Heyrend). 25 Grandchildren, and 11 Great
grandchildren, Sisters; Gloria Cook and Ida Lucille
Ellis, Brother- in- laws Doyle Packer and Samuel
Fletcher, Sister- in- law, Mary N. Boudrero.
He was preceeded in death by his parents, his children
Alfred Louis and Lori Ann, brother Robert Howard,
sisters, Josephine Fletcher and Roma Packer.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm, Tuesday,
November 7,2006, at the Willow Valley 2nd Ward Chapel,
825 North 200 West, Logan, Utah, with Bishop Roy Speth
conducting.
Viewings will be from 5:30 to 7:30 pm Monday at Allen-
Hall Mortuary. 34 East Center and at the Church from
10:30 to 11:30AM Tuesday. Interment will be in the
Logan City Cemetery.
