Lurlene Bench Anderson, 67 passed away Saturday Feb
25, 2006
She was born May 16, 1938 in Logan, Ut. to Kenneth A.
Bench and Mille Call Bench. She grew up in Logan and
graduated from Logan High School. She was a loving
wife, mother, grandmother and aunt.
She married her sweetheart Marlin D. Anderson on Feb.
14, 1956 and just celebrated their 50th wedding
anniversary. Lurlene loved family and friends and
always enjoyed their visits. She especially enjoyed
time spent with her sister Gwen. She enjoyed
calligraphy and painting. She loved the outdoors
fishing picnics and traveling thru the canyons and
parks. She loved being a grandma and always supported
her granddaughter. She had a great love of animals and
spoiled her dog Gus.
She is survived by her husband Marlin and two
children. Linda (Dennis) Maw, Woods Cross Ut. Eddy
Anderson River Heights, granddaughter Rickie Lyn
Coats, Miami, Fl. One brother Frank (Eleanor) Bench,
Arvada Co. and one sister Gwen Jessop of Logan Ut,
She was preceded in death by her parents and one
sister Coral Liljenquist. Funeral services will be
held at 12 p.m Wednesday, March 1, at the Allen-Hall
Mortuary in Logan. Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. Tues.
Feb 28 at the mortuary and from 10:30-11:30 Wed
morning. Internment will be in the Millville Cemetery.
