Lynn David Kidd 87 passed away Feb 18 2016, surrounded by loved ones.
Lynn was born in Bluffdale Utah, the third child of five to David Linn Kidd and Naomi Hansen Kidd in 1928. The family later moved to Logan where he graduated from Logan High in 1947.
He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1948 . While stationed in Washington DC he met and married Lois Davis of Arlington VA July 1951. After his service in the Air Force, he entered Utah State University in 1954 graduating in 1957. Lynn spent his career as a Contracts Administrator in the AeroSpace Industry.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Children Linda (Gary) Slaymaker, Chris (Jay) Garr, Leona Arviso, 7 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews. One brother Jack (Maria) Kidd, sister-in-law Barbra Jean (Billie) Hicks. Preceded in death by his parents, brothers Scott, Frank, sister Laura.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, February 27th at the Logan 25th ward Chapel, 325 Lauralin Dr. A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday evening at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center St. in Logan and from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to services at the church.
